Chadi Habboub is a healthcare expert in Lebanon with over 25 years of experience in patient support programs, healthcare strategy, and access to care.

His work has focused on improving how patients access and remain on therapy in complex disease areas, bridging strategy with real-world execution. Across the region, he has led and co-created patient support programs addressing not only access but also what happens after initiation: adherence, follow-up, escalation, and continuity of care. This experience revealed a critical gap: while access may be secured, patient journeys often remain fragmented.

Chadi co-founded Al Synapse to build structured, scalable patient support infrastructure that connects stakeholders and ensures continuity across the patient journey. To bring this vision into execution, he also launched SANADI, the operational arm enabling PSP deployment on the ground with the discipline and governance required to deliver real-world outcomes.
