Mery Haykal El Hajj, a registered nurse in Lebanon, is the head of patient care & nursing at Sanadi, bringing extensive experience in critical care, community health, and patient-centered home care programs. Mery holds a master’s degree in public health and a strong background in both critical care and community health. She began her clinical career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), later gaining advanced experience in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU), general ICU, and COVID-19 intensive care units. These roles sharpened her ability to deliver high-quality care in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Transitioning into community health, She took on a leadership role, coordinating and guiding nursing teams while working with patients from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds. She also collaborated with UNICEF in national immunization and vaccination campaigns, combining clinical expertise with strategic public health planning. Her career reflects a commitment to excellence, equity, and impact, both at the bedside and at the population level.
